Ripped Up Space

This episode starts out with a repeat of the last few seconds of the last episode and continues with the Autobots entering Megatron’s throne room. He manages to escape and attempts to cause Unicron to lose his energon. Shockblast comes across Prime and is unexpectedly detained by Mirage and Starscream for attacking Megatron. Prime implores them to make their leader stop leaking Unicron’s energy.
Wing Saber shows up and powerlinks with Prime, they blast the Decepticons, and go off in pursuit of Megatron. Meanwhile, Ironhide and Scorponok detect an energon stockpile and contact Prime to let him know they think they know where he is. Rodimus finally cedes leadership to Prime, but recommends that Prime be the only one to fight Megatron. Prime orders the others to work on separating Unicron’s head from his body.
Scorponok and Ironhide arrive in Megatron’s chamber and order him to stop destroying Unicron. Megatron proceeds to cut off several of Scorponok’s limbs before impaling him on his sword. Alpha-Q insists that he must save Scorponok and promises to destroy Megatron. The energon reacts and creates a tear in the universe that starts sucking in everything nearby.
Prime finally comes face to face with Megatron as Autobots and Decepticons start getting sucked into the tear. Alpha-Q goes towards the rip with intent of self-sacrifice and claims that he’s returning to his own planet. The Decepticons escape through the rift on Unicron’s body and the Autobots follow to save the universe. Ironhide is left behind to return to Cybertron and Kicker and the Omnicons follow Prime in the Miranda II.
