Any one of those 10 should have won the first movie's "Make Optimus Speak" contest. Good stuff.

That's a snazzy bit of promoting you've got over there, mr Bay...

Geez, here in Europe, you won't find such stuff. Why does it work so great on Americans?

Optimus is win. Letterman himself not so much - I don't think I've ever watched any of it before, but there were about four moments in that clip I wanted to punch the **** in the face.

Peter Cullen is just awesome isn't he?

Wow, Letterman clearly knows nothing about Optimus Prime.
Also- where's "GIVE ME YOUR FACE!"?

Why is Prime's mouthplate up?

It's much easier to animate with the plate up?

Maybe if the film makes over $500 million domestically they can get Soundwave on the show...

Some of that was wrong on so many levels. But it was still funny. :D

So why don't they get Peter Cullen to be a guest?

A bit more entertaining, to me, than the average Letterman top ten list. But I know a bit of that was seeing Prime read the list. Let's face it, you could have Prime say anything out of character and most yokels will laugh. Sex and the City? Predictable. Facebook? Weak.

I didn't get the Randy Jackson one at first. (Glad I didn't, actually...) And the one about "slammin' shorties" was...pretty much the same joke.

What?! No 'These pretzels are making me thirsty"?

See, that is better than most of the actual list. :) A list written by professional comedy writers.

Of the ten, there's only two that I personally liked enough to kind of smile. The one about khakis and "I love me some taters."

It was cute, nothing ROFLOL, but still decent.

Most of the ten were lame. Just like David Letterman, he is boring and dried up. He hasn't been worth a damn in a decade. He even looks pathetic. Like he is begging for some sort of laugh and some sort of legitimacy, which he deserves neither.

Prime saying odd lines was the only good part. Again Letterman should have retired ten years ago.

Dave can be a hero of the common man, though.
