Congrats, you crazy kids. Babies are fab. Best of luck with the scary and/or exhausting parts.

Also buy her this. (http://www.topatoco.com/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=TO&Product_Code=BEAT-BABIES-ONESIE&Category_Code=BEAT) It'd be adorable.

I helped make that baby!

You contributed a whole 30 seconds compared to Sades 9 months.

As said before (well, I think so... I may have just done Hound jokes) you've both done good.

Congrats to you both.

Those cheeks are cool... Alsou daughter has similar ones.

And the silence of the baby: no hope, it will pass, I promise ( me who's baby now passed 6 months after SOP and keeps changing moods from month to month) :)

You know, it's bad enough to think there are now teenagers running about who missed out on the twentieth century entirely, but what's really scary and enough to make you feel old is this little tike is going to be part of the generation for whom the noughties are like the 70's are for us.

Though Canada being around ten years behind the rest of us may make up for it. ZING!.

2013-06-02, 06:58 PM
Pfff. There are parts of Canada that are even further behind.

I can't wait until she can play. And have smiles that are actually smiles, and not just gas (Shh, she got that from her dad).

Late to the party but huge congrats to you both. My 2 are the most amazing parts of my life.

How's the bundle of joy doing anyway?

2013-08-03, 06:17 AM
She is fantastic. Been a bit cranky lately, but that's because I made the mistake of putting her to bed in a baby bouncer every night (initially because I was trying to prevent her from spitting up when we put her down) and now I'm trying to transition her out of that because she weighs a good 15 pounds and the weight limit for the thing is 25. So she takes her day naps flat on her back on her crib mattress, but she only sleeps in little bits and the lack of sleep catches up with her in the evening. Craaanky.

Also, her hair is amazing. It's just growing straight up on top. Zoolander baby! (the camera on my phone is crap). We try to comb it down, and when it's wet we have some success but when it dries, it just stands right back up again.

Cute, at least your baby HAS hair.....

Ours is now 8 months, but still bald... how much do you want fir half of that zoolander hair?

2013-08-04, 07:53 AM
Hell my sister was bald for the first two years. You'll be fine I'm sure.

Zoolander baby!

A vocabulary-busting amount of sweet and awesome.
