... well, that was anticlimactic.

Well, depending on when you last signed in, at least two of the people currently posting have gotten married to each other, and at least three have become parents. That involves at least 30 seconds of excitement.

I, on the other hand, am single and without child but did get to stand close to Lalla Ward last week.

I have a system of keeping myself on staff by starting lots of fights that require this place to have staff.

Didn't we ban you?

Also, thanks to Dalek's post-convention wrap up video, I learned that I've been misreading Denyer's name as de-nigh-er instead of den-yer for 10+ years now.

I'm not going to stop, though. de-nigh-er :o

You missed that I was revealed to be the evil twin impersonating the good twin, only for it turn out that I'm actually the neutral triplet.

**** yeah, I'm doing it the Clay way from now on, de-nigh-er all the way!

[Having never met another Denyer it's equally possible I'm doing it wrong and he's just too polite to say.]

Well, my other half keeps calling Clay "Clive". Not to his face, mind. :)

Good news is, you're not alone there as I'd been saying it the same way. It's now two-two, folks.

We're mostly from the Surrey area, so you'd be bloody lucky to get three syllables in a name.

That proves nothing.

Hound said he did the same thing for years, until he went to Botcon and someone corrected it (forget who).

I laughed, because I'm a dick. And I laughed at you guys, too...

But if it makes you feel better, I can only say "repertoire" if I stop and say it slowly. My mouth does not like that word. :nonono: It sucked to find that out in conversation, though:

"Rep-wet-ar... rep-wet-ar... ****!!"

Congrats, D and Clive. I hope you two are very happy together. :p
