Powerglide? Comedy shocked humans? Megatron? Dr Archvillan? The ****ing Junkions? Wheelie? Anyone Witwicky?

I think you misunderstood what I mean by stupid. I can't explain it as I'm feeling particularly inarticticulate tonight.

But I LIKE Megatron dammit, so shush.

Story wise it's RiD
Animation wise: I would say Beast Wars II

We'll just have to agree to disagree, I suppose. I'm with Sixswitch 110%, based on my earlier comments: the stupidly overemphasized emotional reactions, the idiotic sweating, the terrible comedy, the stupid shouting out of attacks, and the overall style of animation are WAYYYYYY more annoying than, say, Skyfire and Windcharger disappearing for an episode. What's a bigger concern? Simple animation errors or an entire style that drives you up a wall? It's a pretty simple choice...

Why? BW had better animation, better characters and better storylines. I fail to see where G1 gets a look in against that.

I see your problem. You're banging your head against a wall. No wonder you like G1 the best (unless, of course, you're referring to the old Marvel comic. Now that was a great Transformers story).

I dunno, some of the earlier G1 comics were irritating (still better than the writing of the Show).

I just rewatched BWII episode one
That was a half hour of my life I'll never have back.

But I think for some the G1 TV show has taken on a Mythos that makes you remeber it as better than it really was. Those childhood memories of the great struggle between optimus and megatron and the fight on the dam or the joy you felt when Optimus returned and took over. But when you go back a decade or more later to rewatch them, they don't look as good, esp when compared to the other animation out now.

Transformers were downsized and upgraded (or downgraded if you want to think it that way) to save energy. Also the war was over and there was no reason for the most of the population be equipped for war. Plus there are other reasons for their alterante modes, and those reasons are explained in the series. The series is really worth checking out, especially second and third seasons. There´s a forum for BW/BM if you want to discuss it more.

Could you use better sentence structure by the way? It´s hard for non English speaker to read your posts.
