does it state it's availability in stores at all, or is it like Starscream & only available through the catalogue?

Its advertised on pages 178 and 182 ofwoolworths 'big red book'.
Its marked up as an 'exclusive' and reads...
"Transformers Classic Twin Pack.
Skywarp is a robot to vehicle figure that changes from fearsome robot warrior to a jet and back again. Plus Ultra Magnus City Commander with inderchangeable poseable parts. Styles and colours may vary."
It does not say if you have to order it or if it will be in store. IF its a Skywarp Vs U.Magnus set, how can the Styles and colours change??

I shudder to think tbh, tho Woolworths aren't usually too bad.

Might be worth a phone call to see if it's available yet.

Just a legal disclaimer. Probably wise, considering how different a lot of Hasbro releases are from the photos on backs of boxes when it comes to paint apps, details and metallic vs. non-metallic finishes.

Although the photo in the cat. has U Magnus in the same colours as the G1 version not the white body of the classic...

Yeah, and the Skywarp pictured is clearly the G1 re-issue version, not a Classic. Probably (hopefully) they just didn't have access to images of the Classics set, rather than this being some sort of cobbled together pair of old toys trying to cash in on buzz.

Yeah, which Woolies did you get it from. I was in my local one today & they had a few new LOCs and a couple of the 3" Titaniums (which, mho, look really crappy).

I hate Carlisle, I really, truly do.

just to let people know they are selling the voyager class Op and Megs (not the 2 pack) for 15 each now, they also had a few alternators as well that might be worth picking up, esp Deadend!
