Hmm. :\ They need to work on the arms a little bit more. Their bulging out of the wings, making him bulky. The missiles on the side make him too bulky in vehicle mode. Other then that, he's all set.

Very nice - but I really think to look good the Movie Screamer mold needs to be posed with chicken legs... (odd as that is).

The head seems to be hidden better in the jet mode than with Screamer's head design as well.

Alas, as this is a redeco of another mold, these problems came with the territory, and are not going to be resolved this time round.

(Perhaps with TF2 we'll see a new mold of Screamer... I am worried about the possibilities of a sequel producing new molds of the same characters at the same scale with the same alt modes... but then, repaints or straight rereleases would suck too... getting ahead of myself I guess!)

Nice... in plane mode. I rather like the colour scheme. I suppose I'll have to have the Seekers in a set, but never oh never displayed as robots.

I'm sorry, but the whole design makes me want to attach a be-ribboned tail and long piece of string. PLAINE NOT KYTE!!!

How cool is this!?! I love Thundercracker. I'll be getting him for sure. Looks way nicer than Starscream, then again he always did.

i dont know if anybody has mentioned this about this particular mold but those feet coupled with, those legs make both starscream and thundercracker look like chickens from the waist down!or maybe its just me...

Oh, I regularly think of Starscream as a chicken with chainguns for arms. Doesn't help that ol' Screamer's got a beak face, either.

The alt mode on that thing is absolutely horrible. It is worse than Domino-Megatron (the WW Titanium one). This thing just has a jet design pasted on its chest, but in "jet mode" it looks nothing like the actual jet.

I expected more from a Voyager.

Oh, and Thundercracker looks like he's wearing pantaloons.

Red face Re-tooled Thundercracker used for Starscream repaint

Oh, it gets better interesting. The re-tooled Starscream to Thundercracker mold, will also be used for the Starscream repaint. Images originally surfaced on e-bay of the vehicle-mode, but now additional images of 'bot modes of the Movie Starscream and Ratchet repaints, have surfaced at tformers .com

Ratchet looks okay, though.......

I'm really disappointed with that Starscream repaint. I hope thats not what the finished product looks like. I'm actually liking the plain one better than that repaint.

Erm... although interesting, the Screamer paintjob makes the mold look even messier in raptor mode than the movie scheme... Not too keen...

Ratchet's nifty, but am I the only one who thinks the head looks rather Vogon-like? I think it's the nose...

If I ever end up with either mold, it'll be the Movie colours for both, or possible Thundercracker for the Screamer.

Oh, well spotted! Definitely a little resemblance to the space cadet ('resistance is useless') rather than the commander ('green putty')! Unfortunately, I now do not wish to purchase. And that Screamer is just, well, horrid!

Default Voyager Thundercracker/Optimus

Thundercracker seems to have more g1 characteristics. One of the
original three. This version seems to reflect the original charm and
charisma.

Optimus has less of the flame paint scheme.Overall a little matt finish.
More likeness to g1 days as well. These guys interpret well. Both
kinda look a little worn, not so shiny and polished. It works.

Ratchet's 'redeco' is pretty good, but they really need a new head on that figure. Still a deal-breaker for me. (Come on, guys, we're still 300 years away from the 'Great Reformatting', let's not jump the gun!)

Starscream's 'classic redeco' actually really makes that jet mode look atrocious and thrown together. At least the more 'plain' color scheme didn't point out every single little flap and hole all over the jet mode as bad. I appreciate the homage, but... damn... a subdued soft gray would have worked a LOT better, and been close enough in color to work with.
