1: honestly think there is plemty of wiggle-room in this statement. TFCC exclusives can shelf-warm for years. random statements that don't quantify are usless. production vs. sales numbers, anyone?

2. umm, I'll pass. maybe as and when the botcon things get round to using animated? Please don't hurt me for saying that.

3. same bloke who released the sunstreaker/classics info through tfcc. bloke on the far left here (i couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic, so i assumed not and ran with it)

Last year's was technically a record, as all were sold to the point where they had to begin to give 2005's box sets, iirc.

yes, but we still don't know how many they made in the first place (and i seem to recall that there were some production issues around the time they would have been being made, but i dont keep track of these things).

uh, anyway, i'd just like to see some firm/fixed numbers.

It's kinda easy to sell 100% if you only made one...

Leozak isn't identified yet, to be fair, but the color scheme is striking that it's him (and I can't think of another jet that it could be off hand, with that color scheme). But, you have the Breastforce leader without his weapon or his team or can combine into Liokaiser. You also have a Skyquake without his Predators, and a Thunderclash without the rest of the Turbomasters...

Wouldn't one of the whole teams been a better idea? Or a close proximity thereof? This pretty much guarantees that we won't be getting such things.

Those two look pretty neat. I'll have to see how much they cost. If they're not a billion-tirillion dollars on theifbay I might consider them. I really like Leozak. The blue and white look very good on that mold.

Wow, they managed to take my favorite Starscream mold, and completely screw it up with terrible colors. I'd be tempted to buy them if they were retail releases, just for giggles, but there is no way I'd bay Botcon prices.

On the other hand, he does look like Skyquake, warts and all. Pity. I was hoping that they would have cleaned up the color scheme somewhat since they were dressing up a different mold.

Wow. Really poor mold choice, and probably the first time an OTFCC headsculpt wasn't even close to the source. :\

I love the Cybertron Sideways mold! But Energon Sharkticon would've easily fit Scourge better. Scourge doesn't feel right with this choice...

They are probably saving that mold for Landshark.

Interesting. Better mold choice and use of it than I would expect, honestly. Good for those who want their 'movie trio' of Decepticons, to be sure. The downside is that... well.. this makes no sense in this set. This is a story with young Kup, right? Millions of years before Scourge was created...

I admit, though not my favorite mold choice, the character use is enough to make me consider snagging the set.

Agreed. The energon shark toy, with that Scourge head and in the proper colors, could have worked really well.

On the other hand, there's still hope for a 'classics' Sky-Byte, which I would honestly rather have.
