Lolacaust's review is awesome!

As for the other wheelbarrow full of dicks whining that a toy that cost 200 on import from Japan in the first place wasn't made available at 40 ... Jesus wept.

When all's said and done, 100 is a good price. Whether this debacle will now mean that we see this at all is another matter entirely...

What seems to be adding to the confusion over when and where it'll be released is Hasbro seem to think it's a Toys R Us exclusive...

l brought three big chunky books off Amazon yesterday. l have failed the boycott.

I do - and sadly, it's actually a bit of a revelatory experience.

I always knew that the Transformers fandom had a bit of entitlement issue going on, at least as far as other toyfandoms are concerned - but until I saw that thread and how absolutely ****ing crazy the cancellation drove some of those people, I had no idea how entitled they could be!

Seriously, they should've known this was a possibility, they should have known it was most likely a pricing error...but no, instead they're just going to go on that age-old impotent ranting and raving about boycotts and how amazon should respect their prices. Even when they are horribly, horribly wrong.

Sigh.

Me, I'm just gonna go back to keeping my eyes peeled for the Takara version in case it goes on sale somewhere.

Masterpiece Optimus Prime is actually really available in the UK now. I understand he's stocked in Toys R Us at 99.99 GBP (which is about 60 to 90 GBP cheaper than online prices for either Takara MP-10 or the Hasbro Masterpiece).

Sadly there is no Toys R Us near me...

But the even better news is he's available for FREE home delivery at 99.99 GBP from Toys R Us at:

My order is placed - I'm very excited!
