Can't remember whether I was partly responsible for "composite word including f*ck" ending up as part of the autocensor over there, but it still makes me laugh.

edit:

You'd think people would have more sense than to abuse people through an internet handle they continue to use, but maybe the identity has already been written off.

Quite a number of complaints about Jason Gerepka out there, though.

I dunno if this guy sells Transformers, but a seller named jp_land sold me a used SoC Grendizer as new - and I don't mean "package wasn't sealed" kinda thing, the white plastic parts had pretty noticeable yellowing on them.

I had to send the damn thing back and did receive a full refund, but no cover for the shipping I had to pay sending it back, so I ultimately gained nothing from the whole ordeal but lost a great deal of money (shipping a 3.5 lbs parcel from Finland to Japan isn't cheap, you know).

EDIT: Except, he DID give me a refund on that too, so I lost nothing.

I have to stand with the voicing against WheelJacksLab.

I went via his site, and he's got load of stuff, at decent prices. There is just one problem. He charges insane S&H fee's to anyone outside the US. You could order literally one wheel for roller, or an entire Autobot armada. He charges $38, and if you are doing restoration work, he's just not that cost efficient.

He's either too lazy to calculate shipping for every single item he has...or he figures it's more profitable this way.

Part of it is that with the volume of stock he's working with the small orders aren't worth the time or hassle. So he's both very likely to have the parts you want, and better off (from his perspective) not dealing with you for just bits and pieces.

I've ordered once, threw in quite a large number of items and got stung for customs charges, but overall the prices were reasonable. Didn't need any after-sales contact, fortunately -- the order was picked correctly and pretty accurately illustrated and described.
