Default Possible Omega Vs. Sixshot in Devastation?

Forgive me for thinking so outlandishly (And this will probably come back to bite my a$s when Devastation hits the shelves) but I suddenly get the idea that Prime & Co. will likely bring in Omega to counter Sixshot when he arrives...
Thoughts, anyone?

Red face Re: Transformers Spotlight: Optimus Prime 5-page Preview!!!

I totally missed that they were going to do a spotlight. T'would seem that dedicating one to Prime is a bit of a funny call in my opinion...

... I'd have started it with the last image on page 5 rather than yet another sitting-in-a-chair picture[/semi-rant]. I almost did a fully blown rant on the merits of Prime being unfanthomable but I think I'm in an odd mood tonight so I won't.

so to sum up : bring it on !

Looks interesting so far. Don's art is much better here than any of his work from the Movie prequels. I like seeing a deeper side to Prime (where/to whom does the leader go for solace?). Furman dug relatively deep into Prime's inner being during the last 15 issues or so of the original US Marvel run, and they were some of my favorite issues.

Is Furman writing this one?

Yes! They're going to use Omega Supreme! Can't wait for this issue.

Default Omega Supreme to counter Sixshot

Well...Furman said something in his blog about the two IDW debuts in the Prime Spotlight would set up the "titanic sixth" story arc (ie: the yet-to-be-named arc following Revelation). So, it's very possible that that could eventually happen.

*Yum*

And this mech don't make me go *yum* very often... Have already informed the comics emporium that I want the 'moody armed 'bot in the (literal) spotlight' cover.

Then we have Omega Supreme and lots of little references to other titles. This whole arc is really impressing me, how every issue is interlinked and a timeframe is discernable without the famous 'meanwhile' tag. Looking forwards to reading this one!
