Is Ruination, Bruticus?

we in Oz, haven't got the cartoon yet so i don't know the characters from RID and saw the toys today and saw a trans that looked liked Onslaught and on the back showed that it formed a Gestalt thathad components that are the same as Bruticus so i was wondering if Ruination is a re painted Bruticus
