I just bought the hardcover and I will say it looks good.

I've picked up full runs of the orginal Star Brand, DP7, Justice, and Psi-Force. I must say that Star Brand #1-7 and the whole run on DP7 are pretty damn good and they still hold up. Justice only comes together when Peter David wrote it (before that he comes off as The Punisher with super-powers) and Psi-Force is all over the place.

I thought New Universal was decent, but they didn't really go very far with the story. I'm hoping New Universal: Shockfront will be up to par with it.
