Hope nothing snafu's the timely release of these guys.
Blaster's cool, but Shockwave in g1 format is what I've always wanted reissued in full size format, but no freakin dice there, yes? This will do, though, as I like the WST lines.

*Shockwave comes with a hand that can hold him in gun mode, which fits in a certain G1 combiner.

Meh on Shockwave, but i like how Blaster's legs don't look as long as the G1 toy's did.

Re-reading the rules a minute ago for this forum I noticed this:

What isn't news: Kitbashes, custom TFs and products which are in circulation. Customs go in the Creative Forum and current releases in Toys & Merchandise.

Would fan-based Custom TF items that are being available to the masses count in this or is it specifically talking about Kitbashes that people do and sell on eBay?

Fan-made stuff are one-off items. These are commercial products with sizeable production numbers, so yeah they're news.
