If it's a small DVD (i.e. will fit on a normal blank) and you want to do disc-to-disc, just rip the structure with DVD Decrypter. If you want your video in DivX, have a read through some of those tutorials.

(If it's a commercial title you want a backup of, it's probably easier to download whatever it is, to be perfectly honest...)
