From evilBay, as usual... The second wave of Scouts (Basics), consisting of Clocker (Skids), the Recon Mini-Con Team Jolt, Six-Speed and Reverb (Hop, Blit & Bumper) and Hardtop (ionly available as an e-Hobby exclusive "USA Edition" in Japan).

I suspect that whoever wrote the Recon Team's bio is also a Trekker, specifically a fan of The Next Generation.
