The thing that REALLY caught my attention was this:
Please be aware that all public postings on your website from either Mr. McDonough or Mr. Patyk that contains information regarding Dreamwave Productions and its properties must be removed immediately as it is private information used without permission of Dreamwave. All such messages should also be forwarded to myself.

Pretty foolish, if indeed it was Candice mailing out from that address. It has no legal standing, and shouldn't have been phrased as a stipulaton. Any non-disclosure agreements are between the writers and Dreamwave, not third parties.

Well, it's more of silent blackmail, as in "Do as we say or you'll never get first-hand information from us again"...

That's assuming they got anything beyond courtesy mails which are quickly available anyway...

looks like ill be saving some money every month... this does not bode well for the company... not only does it make you wonder what the books will be like now, but it also makes you ask whose next? now that James and Adam have stood up how many more will follow with disputes of being unpaid, maybe don f? if that happens then its sad to say the dreamwave=bye bye
