Of the ones I have used i think

http://www.cobraislandtoys.com/tf/archive.html

is the best you will find.
Shows figure in (usually)both modes with details of all accs(and any changes made to them for reissues) along with Hi-res scans of Tech-specs and instruction booklets.
I find it invaluable and anyone collecting G1 stuff should have it bookmarked.
You can also search for figures and accs by colour so its good if like me you have decided to finally dig about 200 figures and their related bits and pieces out of the big box its been in since you moved over 6 months ago and you want to double check which gun goes with who.
Let me know if it does what you're looking for.
I will be doing a thread about getting everything back on display over the next couple of days in Toys and Merch.

I wonder if he meant stuff other than the obligatory instruction sheet...like toy catalogues and the like.

We've got some of the catalogues here... specifics would help.

I took it as meaning being able to see what should "x" figure include to be 100% complete

Most of the old stuff is covered pretty comprehensively... new lines, nobody really cares enough about yet and in-packaging shots are the best bet...

If he's after instruction scans, Botcollector is the only site that I know of that's still alive.

What were the dead ones, and does anyone have a comprehensive archive of the files from 'em saved?
