Hmmm . . . I have to say that I'm highly impressed by the LOC repaints the most, with regards to the new stuff. I love minicons, so I'll prolly going to be picking up those sets. Surprized that the dragon is an Autobot.

Cliffjumper's splotches are a bit odd. Kinda wish they'd not made Skywarp an exclusive, as that's my favorite color scheme for the original 3 seekers. If they do the Ramjet in Thrust colors, that'll be the seeker I get.

Devestator is an obvious repaint. If I didn't have the energon version, I'd get it.

The paint of Grindor's arms give off a very Waspinator vibe.

Holy **** that Alternator's Ravage looks ****ing awesome! Battle Ravage (in the corvette) was ok, but it was really just a black tracks with a kitty head. The Devastator looks pretty cool, but how come there are only three toy designs that are used to complete him? (Two of the toys are just coloured differently, but look exactly the same as one another).

I should really look at all the pictures before I post a reply

This Classics line is looking really impressive! I'm hoping like Hell that they come out in New Zealand, coz I am sick of paying an arm and a leg to get some decent stuff ordered off the internet. I recently got the 10th Anniversary Beast wars Megatron, which is the same mould as the one pictured above, however it's paint job is that of the Cartoon (CGI Programme, whatever). It totally kicks my old Beast Wars Megatron's arse. I'm quite surprized by the Optimus VS. Megatron package, I wasn't aware that they were creating yet ANOTHER G1 Optimus mould, from a distance it looks really cool (a little like a modified Robot Master's mould), not too fussed about the Megatron tank, I like the Super Soaker Classics Megatron better. All the other toys, Jetfire, Mirage, the Jets, Grimlock, top-notch! God, I'm really loving the looks of this line, I just can't wait!

It's a repaint of the Energon version. Since they were doing three gestalts in that line, they figured it'd be cheaper to only make two limbs for each one and repaint each limb to round out the five team members.

I think that is clever cost cutting.

The Energon combiners were a last-minute addition to the line, and they didn't have the time for more than two different limbs per team.

Which is why I think it's a bit of a shame. =/ I don't think this Devastator goes well at all with the rest of the classics line. I wish they'd saved it, seen how well the line did, and then maybe created a true classics Devastator if the profits justified it. This way we'll probably never get a real one.

Though actually I shouldn't be complaining because I can't afford all this **** anyway...

Goodness gracious!

The Botcon display is full of great looking figures!

It's as if Hasbro have suddenly got their act together and are trying to mine my bank account!

Love the Alternators Ravage - looks even better in colour!

Ramjet is great - release Dirge, Thrust and Thundercracker, and I'd be well chuffed.

I do like the Devastator repaint, but given the numbers of other cool things, I reckon he'll stay out of my collection.

Jetfire / Skyfire is without doub phenomenal.

And I find myself strangely drawn towards the LOC repaint Menasor...

But, with my bank account about to be hit by the purchase of a professional chainsaw, the only guys guarunteed to get a spot in my collection there are Ultra Magnus & Skywarp.

(Jetfire depends upon the sale of some WSTs...)

:smokin:

(And what is it with Cliffjumper? Not too keen on that paintjob! Plain red even would have been better!)

Quite like Alt Ravage, makes sense he's a Jag.After studying some of the pictures of the Prime and Megatron 2-pack i'm not so sure if i like them as much as i originally thought. What's with the sh*tty ''action features''??

Still love Ramjet.:)
Still love Jetfire.:)

Ramjet and Cliffjumper look fantastic, and those new Minicon teams have some pretty neat alt. modes, wouldn't you agree?

Not sure about Ramjet... bit stumpy for my liking. Skywarp pisses all over Starscream (because he's black, obviously!1one). Still unsure about the giant arm weapons, though... and the fact that he comes packed with another endorsement of Mad Brick's Magnus.

Tempted by Cliffjumper and Bumblebee as Alternator complements.

Those Minicons range from cool (teh dragon) to awful (the other beast ones).
