Victory Ep13 Mach and Tackle, question

These Multiforce members confuse me.

Have I understood right that Machtackle is combination of Mach (shuttle) and Tackle (car)? And the name comes upper body + lower body? If so why he´s called Machtackle when they change the roles? Tackle also calls Mach "Machtackle". Or is this only because of poor dubbing?

Tis either the fault of the dub, or to do with the fact that the monosyllable component is always listed first.

I blame the dub.
