BM Rattrap Query

When I was transforming him, I came to the part where I shove the beast head and front legs into the robot chest, and while locking the robot chest down, something screwed up and the chest has somewhat poped out of it's normal position, and won't go back to the way it was when you get it out of the box. This has also affect the second part of the chest that folds out. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix it?

Mine did it too.

Both parts of the chest refuse to fit back into position.
