And even before the series proper has begin production.
Yay?
"Caprica" pilot gets DVD release a year before the series airs
i'm unsure about Caprica. obviously it's not going to be anywhere near as good but it will make for some interesting filler such as creation of the cylons and the first war. i just hope they're not using the same actor for bill that they used in razor.

Or, in fact, eighteen years younger. Ol Bill was 69 in the mini then. Coolio.
This is out on Monday, I think. Or Tuesday, whenever DVDs come out in the States. But it, er, possibly leaked? Maybe? Who can really say what happened... ahem.
**SPOILERS FOLLOW** (and also the possibly unfair assumption that BSG season 4 is fair game... though now tagged)
I liked it. It's not perfect, but it'll do. Has lots of promise. Doesn't really raise any new moral/philosophical/political issues not already covered in BSG, but could provide some funky character stuff.
Joseph's a cool cat and it's easy to see where Willy gets it from.
Zoe's Greek for "life" isn't it? I could check that but really can't be arsed.
Decent to quality acting all round, with only the kids not really convincing (aside from l'il Bill). Really quite chilling moments with Daniel realising the Zoe avatar's gone completely, and with her staring down at her new physical reflection. And also with the copy of Joseph's daughter having a complete breakdown... seems Daniel didn't have the same divine hand guiding him as Zoe did.
BSG season 4.5 related spoileriness...
