Who is this Autobot?

This is a screenshot from The Rebirth: Part One

I've looked through Dreamwave's whole More Than Meets The Eye series and I can't figure out who this guy is. He looks a helluva lot like Pointblank's Targetmaster Peacemaker, or he could be one of the clones were in not for the fact that they were on Earth at the time. So just who is this guy?

Yeah, it's Peacemaker. The cartoon series isn't exactly noted for its lack of animation errors...

Wow. I know miscolouring Seekers or having a background Transformer in the wrong location is not unheard of, but not only is this a Targetmaster, he actually has a speaking role! How could this have happened if the writers put his name on the script?

Because the animators were really, really sloppy.

Chances are the script specified Pointblank, and the animator picked up the card for his TM partner.

If it were meant to be Peacemaker, chances are they'd have got the size right.

I watched all G1 TF series a few months ago, I stopped wondering about animation errors or what's what after the third episode. The G1 series is probably the cheapest cartoon I've seen next to any kind of anime, but I still enjoyed it. :)
