Post by zigzagger »

More previews and artwork for the upcoming 2nd and 3rd (I believe some of it is #3) issues of the crossover have surfaced at IGN.

IGN: New Avengers/Transformers screenshots, wallpapers, and pics!

additional thanks go out to tfw2005 for the heads-up!

edit
Mirrored for.....geez, I don't know, just because
Images removed due to bandwidth capacity and stuff. Besides, #2 has been out for awhile now.

Nah, Dalek - it's not those odd specs of yours (y'know? the ones at the bottom of Newcastle Brown?). And perspective is shot to Burberry, too.

It might turn out to be a fine tale hem-hem, but getting seasick while reading seems quite unusual!

So, how long have they been standing outside that dome for now? God, I've bought every issue of this so far, I might as well get this one too. As much for Captain America's "Say can you see.. I CAN!" And Tyler Kirkham's been relieved from mech drawing obligations somewhat. Which is nice.

And Prowl, as ever, isn't really doing anything.

There have been two previous issues, but yes - it does feel like waiting for Christmas.

An insinuated, deftly handled, will they-won't they Ms Marvel/Jazz romance subplot? If only, if only.

Yowch. Just picked this up in town the other day - it's quite good, if you like your things unintentionally funny.
SPOILER! (select to read)
At one point, Doom, Spiderman and Cage are as big as Megatron. Nuff said really.

Points of note - Megatron coming OUT of the dome to sort everything out, Prowl doing something, all the automotive 'bots and 'cons re-eancting their favourite car park for the battle scenes, Hawkman trying to open a gap in the dome by flying at it.

The issue's artwork is generally bested by the adverts that break it up (the ad for Megaman Starforce comes as something of a relief), but Kirkham manages to draw the right hand side of Ratchet's windscreen well at one point. There's an awful lot of standing around.

@ AskShockwave

On a friendly note - I placed spoiler tags on your response for the issue. Might I recommend you go to the link(s) mentioned below for this sort of discussion/reaction (new TF comics section).
New Avengers/Transformers #3 reaction thread
or
New TF Comics Section, where spoilers run rampant. Yay!
