I found this info at http://www.botcollector.com, this page specifically, after being sent there by Transfandom. Botcolletor had some new pictures of it.
Botcollector is taking pre-orders for it. The price they're offering it at right now is $95.
Based on the pictures, the left arm has a little flip open panel on it, appearently to look like some sort of display or communications device.
Also, one of the pictures shows the good old Energy Axe from MTMTE on the right arm, so I assume that the axe is another of the accessories, like the Megatron and the Matrix.
Now for the interesting stuff. The whole damn thing is Die Cast. Also it will have rubber tires (like we would expect anything less?). And the weirdest part, it has a working Suspension.

Out of curiosity, have you paid any attention to the news coming out of OTFCC?
Anyway, this nifty Prime is confirmed to be the 20th annniversary figure, it will be released in the US as a TRU Exclusive, at first. And will probably retail for about $75
