Sharkticons decepticon logo
why did the Quintessons mark the Sharkticons with the Decepticon logo?

Well, in Rebirth, Zarak's base had Decepticon symbols before it was rebuilt into Scorponok, before he even meet the Decepticons too.
Animation errors probablly.
The first sentence was staggeringly irrelevant. The second was stupid. No, I bet it was deliberate, and just by coincidence, the Hive's corporate logo just happened to be the same as the Decepticon one due to some theory of finite logos. Arse.

Well, you could always take into consideration, that the Quints created the Transformers, and if I remember the ones with the deciptcon symbol on them were meant for war.

True Story, Autobots were scientists, engineers, mechanics etc and the Decepticons were warrior droids/hardcore killing machines. if that really was the case though how come they always miss their targets?
anyway, i agree with Cliffy, the whole of the G1 cartoon is one big animation error and there's no need to fill in the plot holes because no matter how hard you try at the end of the day it's down to lazy animating.
"Brawn lives! i knows it cuz i saw him on carnage in c-minor so he couldn't have died on the shuttle he must have jumped out and parachuted to safety. when he landed the local wildlife nursed him back to health and carried him all the way back to Autobot city, but when he got there it was ruined so he had to catch up with everyone else by building a spaceship out of wood and squirrel droppings. thats why you dont see him for the rest of the film or the first half of season 3! everyone knows wooden spaceships don't go that fast!"
yawn...

ahh but surely their programming is already broken because they rebelled against their Quintesson masters...
