This is probably going to come across as stupid, but could someone explain to me why certain figures were not allowed to be reissued in America? I understand some, such as Megatron... but why did we get "Rodimus Major" and why is Soundwave an issue? A brief rundown of each figure and why would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you read the thread that said "READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A NEW THREAD"? It doesn't look that way. Because of this, I'm going to lock this one since asking for "Why is this and that so and so?" isn't "news".
