Hasbro recently called back some fans who filled them out, and then invited them to participate in a conference. Here's the rundown:

Yeah.. i remember it saying on teh last page would you participate in that type of call... of course it was limited to 100 people though..

Well worth reading through. Maybe there's hope for this fandom yet. Not sure why so many people were down on Energon, but stressing characterisation shows a reassuring maturity...

The most common complaint about Energon is "bad dubbing" resulting in "confusing stories" and "contradicting earlier episodes".
