There's a topic there where this girl has asked for people to donate money to her so she can buy back her ferrets from her ex. And someone's actually given her some cash... oh my god...

Um, yeah, I really need some money for a holiday, will you guys help me out? I'll take Paypal donations, and I will soooo totally pay you back!

Yeah, JediKermit keeps wanting me to switch over there, but I don't think so, esp. not after the debochery of the comic scandel.

BTW, I actually talked to Ryan on the phone once when he sent out that plea for a sale of some of his collection, and he seemed like a nice guy, but was UNWILLING to sell anything other than what was listed, and no piece sales, so that just solidified it for me.

I had someone ask me if I wanted to sell other items in my collection and I said "No" as well. He didn't want to sell anything else in his collection... big deal. :rolleyes:

yeah, but the whole thing was that he said he needed money badly, and when I asked him if he had Shockwave, and Scorponok, he said yeah, and when I asked him how much he wanted for them, he told me that he did not want to sell them individually.

I really did not care, but he asked me how I liked the board, and I told him I had registered, but was more of a lurker, and did not post often over there.

Sounds like a nice guy, but those couple of things kept me from becoming a regular over there.

We all have places we like to go and feel welcomed. It does not mean that one site is better than the other. I like Seibertron because of the people there. I have fun chatting with them. One reason I really don't post here is because I felt very unwelcomed when I first signed up(signed up here first before Seibertron). I had made a Statement that was true and I got blasted for telling a lie and was told to stop spreading rumors by several members here.

Savannahtron, I neversaid anything about switching over, just post a little more often at Seibertron.
