In order to be movie-accurate, Bumblebee should come without legs...

With how popular BB is, I don't think Hasbro really has to try too hard at that.

EDIT: All in all, with BB being the tf with the most screen time, you're going to find a high demand from the kids, so I'd say that Hasbro is trying to ensure that the kids have plenty of opportunities to own at least one version of BB.
