Kup's so macho and dreamy.

Mildly interesting to see Devastator portrayed as capable of stringing a sentence together.

Well, glad is probably the wrong word, but there was always the slim chance I'd accidentally buy it. That'd be morally wrong, though - I'm still building up to £12 worth of storyline from IDW having paid money for Infiltration, and I'm still owed a bit yet.

So the major change to the status quo at the end of this is that McCarthy's killed a load of humans and Autobots off-panel? Woo.

Dude, c'mon! That's groundbreaking! It never happened in the cartoon, like, EVAR.

And strangely enough AHM was achieved by the IDW team relieving themselves over the paper. FACT.

I find the Spider-Man homage cover of Megatron a bit... odd :eyebrow:

I'm surprised the decision wasn't taken to have Galvatron in there; it'd have rounded out the homage nicely.

SPOILER! (select to read)
I read this comic yesterday. Megatron got shot in the forehead. This is similar to what happened in my story:

(see the final quarter of the story).

OMG something similar happened to one of the characters in The Departed too! SHANE MCCARTHY IS A THIEF!!!!!!11111one.

Cheers for the unlabeled spoiler, though. Now I have to do some actual ****ing moderating. You're on the shitlist!

Sorry about the spoil - I didn't think carefully enough.

I was pointing something out.

I don't think I was plugging because that would imply that I anticipated some sort of gain. I didn't expect any kind of gain, not even a good feeling.

If you say '****ing', shouldn't you say '****list' too? Kids and parents may be reading.

I don't know 'The Departed'. Was Megatron in it?

It wouldn't be "****ing*, it would be "****thing" or "*****ing". Shit isn't on the autocensor, anyway. "****" is, and so is "****".

If there are any kids reading, they're probably more upset by someone thoughtlessly posting spoilers in order to plug their fanfic than by a word they hear every day unless they're in a 1940s boarding school or something. Better shoes than that are needed if you're going to make a scramble for the moral highground.

Megatron, incidentally,
SPOILER! (select to read)
was shot in the head in UK #244, way back in the 1980s, and was also possibly shot in the face during "Starscream's Brigade", though the latter could be my memory going for the funny
