3H Productions, Inc. today announced that as part of their celebration of the 20th anniversary of the TRANSFORMERS brand, four new comic book issues will be available for purchase at the Official Transformers Collectors’ Convention, July 31-Aug 1 in Rosemont, IL: the “director’s cut” edition of TRANSFORMERS: THE WRECKERS #2, a super sized 64-page volume featuring enhanced artwork and special bonus material not found in the original edition, and three all new adventures: TRANSFORMERS: THE WRECKERS #3, and TRANSFORMERS: UNIVERSE #2 and #3. See below for individual issue descriptions and preview images. Pre-orders for these issues may be picked up in person at the convention, or else will be shipped out after the convention. Oh. Well, methinks they planned to put it up before the convention, forgot, and have only now realized it. What's even more confusing is the fact that I've seen the previews for the Universe issues up there for quite a while. Weren't they supposed to be out shortly after the first one came out last year?
