Summer's here!

Post by Reverend Shrapnel »

For me anyway, I can always tell 'cause I start breaking out the punk records and being happy...time to get those frikking exams out of the way, quit my job (well actually, no, but just stop working too hard) and wear shorts with impunity.

Incidentally, if this is complete crap, Rancid have made me very happy. I'm currently giggling for no reason and have been leaping about. No more Espresso for me...
I've only just realised my sig's been horribly misspelled for about a year or two. Aren't you happy you read that? While you're here, erm, impeach Nixon!

Summer? Already? What happened to spring?!

And which branch of Waterstones do you work in? Or don't you anymore?

Spring just skipped out on us this year it seems, it's already eighty-f**king-five degrees here...

Indeed. Can't wait to sit out on my porch and be able to read what I want, instead of what's been dictated to me the last year.

Shorts with impunity? Kneesocks would probably look better...

Summer?!? Spring's just come here, finally... Birdies and all that... blah...

It's been high 80s all week so far down here, and 100% humidity...it looks like the Spring Breakers got out just in time.

Ah, Florida...

It's odd, but I'm feeling a lot more in a happy bouncy metal/punk way now a lot too.

Andrew WK's album's really grown on me, as has Forceable Entry (New WWF Album) just for happy bouncy metal....

Sky I bought AWK's album first day...I tried to pursuade the bloke in HMV to let me have it a few days beforehand...AWK rocks man! Which is your favourite song on the album?

It rained today.

AWK. I thought he was a bit of a cop out. Do any of his songs sound different to 'Party hard'?

BTW, I'm guessing that was the name of his first. I think you know the one I mean anyway.

The other songs have the same structure but all do sound different. Honest! 'I love NYC', 'Girl's Own Love' and 'She Is Beautiful' all rock.

Well, if it doesn't have lyrics about cold dismembered OAPs then I'm not going near it...

Ya! I am excited because my uncle is getting married!

I love weddings! :D I like them because the whole family gets together.

Though this will be hollow because we are at a loss, I do look foward to spending time with my family.

*thinks of the SSB:M tourniment* :D

Total cop out if you ask me, but the sheer bouncy happy quality of his music (and let's be honest, that's the ONLY quality) can't be denied
