Who owns a lightsabre???

Post by Computron »

Just wondering how many of us own a lightsabre?

Mainly because as part of the American tour I was forced (yes honest) to buy one and take a Jedi name. Our names were pretty ****ty, mine was Davey on Knobey and we generally used to have random lightsabre battles in the most inappropriate places (banks were the most popular)

Anyway as I sit here generally swinging my telescopic lightsabre around I wonder how many people have one?

go $5 lightsabres

I have a friend who is a great Star Wars enthusiast, and he has every make and model...down to Luke's blue one to a few of the Darth Maul double bladed variety.

He probably has one of Count Dooku's by now.

My friend told me that at a convention a man had a custom made saber made out of bullet proof glass. He had a light inside of it, sounds pretty wicked. I do not own a sabre btw.:(

Yes, I own a lightsaber, its a blue one. My mates bought it for me as a birthday present back when Episode I came out. They also got me a little Star Wars lego set, that had Qui Gon Jin in it. He looks pretty cool, like a little Bee Gee's lego man.

I remember seeing Episode I in the cinema not long after, and being thoroughly underwhelmed by it all. Of course, growing up with G1 episodes, I'm used to seeing a criminal waste of time and effort.

My light saber lights up, looks cool in the dark, but I have to make my own light saber noises, which is probably cooler, and infinitely more stupid to see at the same time.

I'm not a Star Wars fan, but its pretty funky stuff all the same.:)

I've got a nifty light up noisy version of Anakin's, I'd rather have Darth Maul's but as far as I know, there isn't a lighty up version of his. I use it to beat people every so often, but my brother threw his out so I can't duel anyone at the moment.

My Darth Maul one lights up, only one one side, I think the light for the other side is broken.
