[The Spider] That's odd...

I wonder why they don't seem to be allowed to use the name "The Spider" on the TPB cover (or, I'd guess, in Albion), but Amazon can...

Because it comes under the fair use part of copyright I'd imagin, IE, Amazon can say the book features the Spider in the tagline, but actually puting it on the cover as the title would be a violation of copyright. It's the same as Virgin not being allowed to feature the Daleks in the NA's but still being able to sue the word Dalek in them...
