Piccolo - the Way Toonami/CNX dub him, he sounds awesome.

Vegeta - total bad-ass.

The Preist like one from Gundam (flys the dark Destroyer, I think)

and of course...every transformer....

Hmm, religious Gundam pilot in a black model....

Probably Duo Maxwell and his Gundam Deathscythe.

I think it's them because:

1) Duo always refers to himself as the 'God of death'

2) Deathscythe's appearance is alot like you described: He's mostly black in color and is one heck of a destroyer.

You know, with his main weapon being a beam scythe, the only thing missing is a gundam sized black cloak and cowl and he'd be the perfect representation of the Grim Reaper. :)
