Two auctions, same pics. Some are the same we saw before; however, some are new.

I dunno about this one. I'll believe it when I see it.
I would prefer it if it were as suggested Swindle, but it should be yellowish tanish for that. Ah well.

And if you can't be bothered clicking on the link here is what Furious George recoloured Hound as.

I still think this would be a no-brainer:

Retool the read somewhat and we have ourselves a swindle with the purple optics.

I've said it before and i'll say it again... I want a Binaltech/Alternator combiner!

charle5! from 2005 Boards says he also saw it:
http://www.2005boards.com/showthread.php?t=48484&page=2

However, he says the "white" parts were only the remolded prototype parts. The non-remolded parts were still left green.

Just like the partially grey remolded BT-07 Smokescreen prototype.

So the "white" parts may mean nothing, actually. Like the remolded Smokescreen won't actually end up grey.

Judging by the head, I'd say it's Searchlight (people who yelled "BEACHCOMBER!" need better glasses), which doesn't really make sense...

Well, the head of an alternator has lead people astray before.

So I guess we're just going to have to wait and suffer the rest of the Beachcomber yells.

The name that was previously attached to the Hound remold was "Swindle", which would make sense.
However, it was always listed together with the Ford Mustang, whose name was listed as "Freeway", which does not make a lot of sense.

I had thought the White Hound figure was supposed to be an E-Hobby Exclusive and there were pictures floating around here somewhere else... Or is this topic about a whole 'nother white Hound figure that I'm not familiar with?

An e-Hobby exclusive variation of a BT toy?
That would be a first...

You're not by any chance confusing him with the upcoming Hound reissue, of whom there's gonna be the inevitable e-Hobby repaint named Detritus?

I don't like it at all.

Thats one more BT i'm not gettin unless it changes considerably.

E-hobby Exclusive Binaltech? Well you never know what could happen in the future. You might see a Detritus Binaltech.

This isn't by any chance a colour scheme that the real-life vehicle comes in? There's remolding work in there, too. Apart from the front pane and hood panel it looks like a sports vehicle.

Could be a contractual obligation... although I think they'd be daft to run this as an Alternator, as I doubt it'd sell in any volume.

Keep in mind this is only a very early prototype. Like the grey/black/blue Meister with solid windows.

Alternators are off-limits for cenvention exclusives, and with the huge car companies license deal behind it, I doubt we're gonna see exclusives repaints and stuff...

So, back to the actual question, is there a jeep design in production which matches the new parts and/or colour scheme?

Mazda were very keen to get a red version out there, although it's unlikely to be more than a shortpack exclusive to drum up trade.

It's hard to tell, since the different Wrangler models all look terribly similar. If Hound didn'have that small "Sport" inscription on his sides, I couldn't tell he's supposed to be a Jeep Wrangler Sport...
But some people already claimed this one might be based on the new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited model. But until it's identified by the actual toy's box/instructions/character card, I guess no-one can tell for sure...
