I definitely presume that Ghosts of Yesterday would be set in-between Movie Prequel #2 and its 2003 epilogue/the teaser trailer. A full summary is up on TFans.net, and it basically shows this sets up the Autobots and the Decepticons coming to Earth for Megatron.

I may flip through this one for Starscream-based entertainment.
