While I have seen the mold before, and own it, I'm still stoked to see the prototype, since it's always an interesting piece of a toy's history.

I don't think the original prototypes are still in circulation these days...

I've got all previous versions (except japanese Dinobot) and one more shouldnt hurt

Hmmm . . . looks to me like they didn't shortent he sword for this version like they did with Dinobots Grimlock.

Wow, I love the colors! The green is a bit iffy but the brown looks much stronger/dirtier and more show accurate.

cool figure indeed, colors are nothing like Dinobot though, the original was a lot closer
