Confirmation about the second club exclusive and Astrotrain

For those who don't remember, Astrotrain is supposed to be a repaint of Armada Jetfire in the colors of the unreleased Universe Spacewarp toy, with a new head sculpt designed by Dan Khanna.

Additionally to Starcatcher (repaint of Jetfire's Mini-Con partner Comettor), Astrotrain is going to come with three Mini-Cons named "Astro-Hook", "Astro-Line" and "Astro-Sinker". Those have already been confirmed not to be repaints of the Armada Space Team, whose molds are said to have reached a stage where they're no longer useable to make a quality product. Rather, they're going to be repaints of the Cybertron Giant Planet Mini-Con Team.

The second Club exclusive (NOT!!!! the third free combiner limb!!!!) will indeed be Airazor, supposedly a repaint of Energon Slugslinger with a new head sculpt.

Well, I know I can skip out on Airazor. Not a fan of Slugslinger.

It's a shame that she always got shafted, when it comes to figures. In the show, she had a really awesome introduction, but then she got mixed up with that schmuck.

I definitely need to take my Jetfire back to my place when I visit my folks this weekend. I'd pick up Astrotrain, but I have both Armada Jetfires, so there's not much point, plus I probably won't be able to afford it. I'm also going to be getting classics Astrotrain and have both the original US and reissue anyway (picked up the reissue on clearance and soon after, my bro let me have his old tfs, including astrotrain, which was in maybe c-7ish condition).

Airrazor is interesting.

Like Denyer said, classics astrotrain got my money. The exclusive's head mold is similar to classics

Headsculpt's face has an almost organic appearance, like in the comics. I like it. If it's not too expensive for non-members, I might try to track it down.

Still wish I could get Darksyde Beast Wars Megs, but I've only heard legends of it being on ebay and going for $300 just for itself.

Probably so that they can say "Hey, look at this sweet deal we've got for collectors, and if you join our club, you'll get a massive discount!"

I have to say that this year's offerings are definitely more desirable than last year's. That's for sure. If I could afford it, I'd definitely look into joining.

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like they fixed it. Still, I have to say that I'm quite impressed with what I saw. Lousy lack of funds.

Had a look at the site using links from recent TF comics, but am very depressed by the cost.

They were accessible to the public for 16 hours before they restricted access. I'm not sure whether that means mirroring is okay or not. :\

LOL!! Look at the Airazor close up! she has a gotee!!! and that thing is resculpted? couldn't they take off the gottee as well?
