Pretty much the same as my BW 5 favorites, only doubled. All multi-parts count as one episode, as does the movie. Mine are as follows.....

1) Call of the Primitives
2) TF:TM
3) More than meets the eye
4) Return of Optimus Prime
5) SOS Dinobots
6) Heavy metal war
7) Ultimate doom
8) Revenge of Bruticus
9) Ghost in the machine
10) Dark awakening

I'll probably get slaughtered for my last choice, but it was the first post-movie episode I ever saw, and was my only TF video for ages when I was little, and also had Cyclonus featuring fairly prominently.

Not sure about top 10, but Revenge of Bruticus has to be in there, mainly because it's always one episode I remember from my childhood (used to have it on video) and when I got the DVDs and watched it I was in a state of shock going "Oh my God, this is great I remember it all, wow, cool!"

Very good episode.
There's loads of great ones, but it's to say a top 10 really. The movie of course has to be in there at probably number 1
