Energon Cube Candy is best merchandise ever!!!!!

Post by Notabot »

Seriously!
I picked it up at TRU for $2.19. It looked like 8 individual plastic cubes with some cardboard pictures around it. Turns out only 2 have candy in them (no loss since the candy is like unzippy stale Nerds). However, the whole thing is one of those mindboggling flippable puzzle type things that flips one way, then another even though you don't think it should be able to flip that way. It makes a whole bunch of pictures depending on how it's flipped. One has some G1 guys (Prowl, Jazz, etc.), one has Megatron and Devastator, one's got Prime and Superion. My favorite is one with several generations of Primes all together. G1, RID, Beast Wars, Armada, etc. Very cool. There's a similar side with G1, G2, & BW Megatron. All for 2 bucks. Totally worth it!
The original plan was peeling off the stickers and having some cool little plastic energon cubes strewn amongst the displayed TFs. It's WAY too cool to rip up like that, though. Check it out if you get the chance.
I'll post some pics if wanted, and if I get a chance early next week.

Pictures coming soon. My "weekend" just started. Sadly, though, static 2D pictures just can't do it justice. The supreme joy of it is in the baffling folds and twists and turns it takes to produce said pictures. I'm pretty sure anti-matter or subspace is involved somehow. Which is baffling since it only cost two bucks.
The other bugaboo is that I can't find the taste tag to post the candy experience either. :(

Since you've been such a patient little bunny, Senior Slarti, I've rewarded you not just with pictures, but with a full-on multi-media extravaganza. Image
And if you want to taste the candy, just lick the screen. I've incorporated that into the presentation.

Personally, I'm more worried about carnivorous pigeons.

Carnivorus pigeons are just an elaborate government conspiracy to distract you from the real threat.

Man-eating attack ducks.

Seriously. Here in paris I've seen pigeons eating roadkill. It's only a matter of time before there are giant scraplet-like conglomerate pigeon-monsters with old ladies with a handful of breadcrumbs at eachs' core. Eating toxic waste so that their markspigeon aim will burn through flesh and bone.

Cute ducks don't stand a chance. Unless they got wing lasers.

That is the least dangerous weapon in their aresenal of terror.

Their inherent lovability adds to the threat, reducing our resistance to their occupation!
