Looks to me like a new blurr. But he does look kinda cool.

I'm gonna say it looks like one of those Basic sized figures, just from the look of the weapon.

I almost wanna say its Wheeljack, based on the vehicle mode.

It'll look better when it's painted, but I'm already not a fan of the arms on that mold. Do they look like solid pieces of plastic with no articulation at the elbows to anyone else?

Nope. it's got the combiner thingy:

With the fender weapon, he reminds me of sideburn.

Not considering how much of a putz Sideswipe was, in Armada;).
I can't imagine any autobot wanted to combine with Sideswipe- They'd have to be called Powerlinx Bro!

Unfortunately, that does look a lot like a Sideswipe, of some sort....

You know, I just thought of something- Out of the entire Autobot army, shouldn't Scavenger be included in this whole Combiner thing? After all, he WAS one, originally.....

Could be promising, but I'm gonna wait for a colour scheme (and possible spoilers on characterisation) before I decide about getting that guy.

Rear of alt mode resembles RiD Prowl (and the following incarnations of that mould).

You never know, it might end up being a Sideswipe who has more in common with G1 than Armada. Either way, it doesn't look like it has much knee or elbow articulation.

and no, even though my Fan Fiction does feature Two Transformer's merging to make one bigger, better one they probably took the idea from RID or Armada, even though technically when I was 8 and first got the Aerialbots Gift set I said "Hey, it'd be neat if you had only two robots combining to make a bigger one, that'd be cool, you know, like having someone like Optimus Prime joining with Ultra Magnus" and then I watched RID when it came to Fox Kids in the UK....

So yeah, Hasbro give me money or I'll sue

I like the idea (well of *course* I do I thought of it

) I kinda do wish they brought back some form of G1 type Transformer story arc/toy I mean, a transforming toy in it's own right is still pretty cool without Mini-con type gimmicks

Ya paintin' it will do a world o' good. In answer to your question his elbow joints do seem to have some articulation. Notice the screw in the elbow joint in the first pic.

His face looks almost like the original G1 Wheeljack with the face plate over the mouth, and the blinking signals on the sides of his head. Hopefully, if it is Wheeljack he'll be an Autobot!! I didn't like see'n that in Armada at all!!

I'm actually hoping he'll be a decepticon. After all, the decipticons are seriously outnumbered right now. I can only think of three molds, only one of them being a big figure.
