[JTF] Announcing my new fansub project: TV-NM!

Facing the popularity of fansub projects, I've teamed up with DrSpengler to launch a new project, TV-Nevermore (TV-NM). Our first project will be a subbed version of the original Transformers anime, Tatakae: Cho Roboto Seimeitei Transformer (commonly known as "Generation One" in the Western world).

The subs will be based on the original Japanese audio so those who care won't have to endure the butchered English dub any longer. You will finally get a chance to appreciate the brilliance that is the narration by Masamune Issei. Of course, the translation will be faithful to the Japanese text and not involve any drastic liberties or inappropriate localizations.

Here are a few sample screengrabs from the first episode, "The Road to Earth".

The first episode will be available in a few days coinciding with the launch of our new project website.

I'd actually want to see the Japanese version of the original cartoon. At least a few episodes.

Not quite as good as the Wheelie reissue one that made Bombshell cry (and resign as news mod! yay!) and then turned out to be true and made everyone cry, but still pretty hilarious!

Oh i remember that, took me longer to realise that one i think, either that or it took longer for someone to point it all out. . But as you say, pretty good nonetheless.

Surely it should be TV NM-DS? Does Nevermore have a better agent or something?
