i did thanks alot, i have only done 2 other accounts (i because i was banned, and one becuase i was partially blocked, now i have no access at all??

So you had your access restricted, so decided to register another account to circumvent that block... and you need to ask why you've been banned completely?

A ban's a ban. A ban isn't until you find a way to get round it.
