Someone help me out; what specific Marvel cover / panel am I thinking of that has Shockers walking out of flames?

Yikes. Is that one of the Machination's fake Sunstreakers, or is Grimlock holding Hunter? If it's the latter ... poor kid.

Robot Buster?

The one where he's strangling Mindwipe?

Something by Capability Turner?

I'd go with Robot-Buster too (UK Marvel 059/060). I think that Spotlight: Shockwave had a scene that was a nod to those issues, with Shockwave learning what rage (and emotion) is.

By the way, that cover is awesome. I already said this, but I just can't wait for Maximum Dinobots.

I think it's interior art from the "It was all a dream" Buster arc Denyer be thinking of.

So, if Jetfire was talking chronologically at the end of Sideswipe then "Megatron's all out attack" can't be AHM them? Great!

Oh, I see it now: Marvel UK #63, page 1.

That would make me truly happy, but then I have a question.
I seem to recall that Jetfire talked about a "Shockwave's insurgence"; does this word, "insurgence", mean that Shockwave was leading a rebellion (i.e. he is at the head of a large group of subversive mechanoids)?
In this case, maybe Shockwave appaears in MD, then leaves and vanishes, going elsewhere to prepare his upcoming insurgence.
But, erm, this is just speculation due to the fact that I'm quite unsure about this "insurgence" word :sweatdrop

Maybe Shockwave shows up at the end of AHM to save the day (so to speak) and de-throne Megatron, allowing the autobots to deus ex machina save the world.

Mmm, that merged with the final US/UK cover with Bludgeon.

Very nice imagery. The fact it was apparently unintentional by the artist making the overall effect of different elements coming together even cooler... it feels right.

Despite the weakness of the dream structure those couple of issues have some great imagery, Ratchet loosing his head being my favourite.

Having now got round to checking, Jetfire refers to Shockwave's resurgence.

It could be Shackwave... :p

Anyway, looking forward to this. Nice art. Probably Furman will off Hunter, as in AHM Sunstreaker is in a new body. (Of course, based on a new toy.)
