Stealing the thunder from Cyclone X. :p

Originally from here:

As reported by Supeme Unicron here:
The Cybertron show will air in the autumn on Jetix. The toys will be out by August.

This probably means that the rest of Europe will be getting Cybertron too

UK update:

http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showpost1048713-p3.html
The Transformers Energon range is being released throughout the year in different stages. Unfortunately, the Cybertron is not on UK range for 2005 and we are not aware of any future plans for this product.

Nope, sorry.

Unfortunately I don't have any contacts to Turkish fans at all yet.

The few Turkish people I know all live here in Germany, and none of them is a TF fan. :(

If you have anything worthwhile to share from Turkey, just post it here. We can always use information and news from around the world.

Just make sure to post stuff in the appropriate places. :)

this is why it is soon for the netherlands:
armada came a year too late
energon came a year too late
universe never came
geewun reissues? no.
exclusives? haha, no.
RID? just 5

what makes cybertron so special?

p.s.
if it comes, we will probably only have the first two lines (and only the worst ones)

blame TRU for the reissues, even the UK didnt have that much (and Takara reissues are cheaper anyway)

we got 'universe': tiny tin minicons, micromaster Defensor and Devastator; real TFU hasnt been seen in europe
TFs arent well commercialised, only once a week they show the ep (no RID cartoon in Belgium at all), always very expensive (up to twice the US price, sometimes more)
RID: where in Holland do you live? there were far more than 5 (even withoutcounting the Spychangers), but basically, the RID line wasnt big enough anyway

I live in Groningen, the RID's i saw were:
super prowl
super sideburn
super x-brawn
ultra magnus
optimus prime
i don't count spychangers

we did get the show though
the energon show has just started (dubbed and at the end of the series):wall: :wall: :wall:

Unless you're the same guy who repeatedly mailed me about Alternators, there's at least one other TF fan living in Turkey. ;)

mmm, according to Dutchbot and other dutch fans the show was on TV some months ago, or even last year (during fall/autumn), I think it was Jetix

so far, Belgium is still showing Energon, they are near the end, where Galvatrob controls Cybertron and goes towards Alpha Q's Universe

As a fellow Dutchman, do you agree that the dubbing sucks? I think it's like 3 people doing all the voices for every damn cartoon!

seriously, yeah. optimus the same voice as scorponok? :wall:
that just sucks, they all suddenly suck in dutch: six-shot, hot shot,
ironhide, kicker, mischa, OP, megs (although maybe the best voice
available), snow cat, starscream, mirage. i'm sure they don't suck as much in english.
have you noticed they've done the names wrong?
landquake is landmine
roadblock is inferno etc.
this is due to them taking the japanese series because that's cheaper.
hence the 'baby-blue-horns' galvatron.

where do you live?

p.s.
do you hate it there's nothing available here?

IJmuiden, Noord-Holland.

And I haven't noticed the wrong names, because I don't really watch dubbed Transformers. I can't bear to listen to that. Back in the eighties, dubbing was a rarity. G1 wasn't dubbed, neither was GI Joe or the original He-Man or even kiddier shows like Inspector Gadget. If it was good enough for kids then, why do they need to dub every single cartoon now? From a financial point of view it doesn't make sense.

About nothing being available, you're talking about DVD's and/or toys? Yeah that sucks I guess. I'm not a collector so I don't care about the toys, but I would have liked the G1 and Beast Wars box sets. Oh well, what can you do.

On a side note, I wonder if they're gonna dub the upcoming TF movie.
