Alternators Silverstreak variation?

Originally, when Alternators Silverstreak was first sighted, everyone confirmed that his steering wheel was on the right (Japanese) side, just like on the BT version.

Now, with Hound showing up, there seems to have bene a running change to a left-hand driver (American) version, as there's been at least two sightings of it...

So I suggest you'd better check first what you're buying if you prefer a particular version.

The Smokescreen I have is left-drive, but I never consciously noticed...

Smokescreen being LHD is a no-brainer, since the car is designed for European rallys. Takara Streak being RHD was the big surprise, with the Hasbro version following suit being even a greater surprise.
Now it seems Hasbro made a running change very early in the production run...

Probably just didn't notice, or needed the first batch before the mould could be changed... I don't care, I just want 'em released in the UK. Preferably with a reasonable gap between each, so they have a chance to be the centre of TF retail attention...
