I might get that quintesson, but highwire is a freak, he looks like a go bot. The quintesson tentacles move about, I think their is a video on the hasbro site, I think thats where I saw it. I'm not feeling the chainsaw. Kicker ain't to bad i think, If I could only find him without some dodgy robot ie prime or highwire I might be temted to part with my cash.

Alpha Q doesn't, IMO, looks anything like his cartoon counterpart.
To me he looks like:
A Sharkticon
A Seacon
Cruelock

The chainsaw is a strange touch but so is the the main weapon also. I'll probably get him because its a Quint though.

Kicker and Highwire rule. Simply and straightforward: Its a nice set with nice colours.

This strange guy must be a "Quintesson" but i can't see the rotating faces feature that is the trademark of his race; he is supposed to have this feature or not? Else, why he is Alpha-Q? Is this a second look that will came in the future of the show or only a bad mold?
The chainsaw is a nice touch, but not a great addition.
Finally, the Kitbash that surface time ago look like his show counterpart more than this toy.

Highwire is a good bike for his human countrpart, but a bad robot for himself.

That´s supposed to be Alpha-Q?
In a perfect world, this would be a signature. As it stands, it's just the lack of.

Well, on the cartoon, all of the faces are inside the beast's mouth, and only one face is displayed at a time. I'm hoping they do a Man-E-Faces type job, where the faces rotate. Also, does anyone know if they still plan to make him a super-colossal toy? I'd rather they made him a deluxe.

The rotating head is inside the mouth. As for the size of the toy, based on the video from OTFCC, it looks ot be about an Ultra, maybe a Super, but probably not.

Quoth DrEvil:

As I understand it, Hasbro backtracked a bit from the final design used in the cartoon so that they could make Alpha Quintesson look more menacing.
Story-wise, one could assume that Alpha Quintesson can adjust and rearrage his body structure as needs dictate.
