Animated Ironhide?
Animated Ironhide?
http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-new ... ge-167037/
Image courtesy of TFW2005, we are looking at what appears to be the beginnings of an Ironhide figure, though possibly Ratchet and just in test shot colors, in Cybertronian mode. General consensus seems to be that it is most likely an Activators figure, although I personally wonder if it may be the new Ratchet that was just announced not that long ago.
At any rate, the image is below along side an image of the animation model for the Cybertronian mode for comparison.

I agree: Activators. Given the level of detail/paint apps on the treads and the apparent size of the ball joints on Ironhide's legs. Would be nice to see a Deluxe scale toy though for Cybertronian Ironhide and/or Ratchet.another tf fan wrote:I keep reading Activators. I hope not, I really would like a Cybertroinian Ratchet and Ironhide.

It's officially Deluxe Cybertronian Ratchet. It being Cybertronian Ratchet is obvious, but why deluxe?
Take a look at his right arm. That hole is most likely (And if not, I guess I'm wrong) the same size as the EMP generator from Blazing/Non-Blazing/Stealth Lockdown.
Also, as a friend of mine has pointed out to me- No Activators have translucent plastic or such an transformation that goes above, press button, unfold limbs.

That same spot exists on the current Deluxe Ratchet, and yes, the blaster from Lockdown fits! I wonder if we'll see and EMP generator down the line or if the Unicron.com guys will make one...secretcode wrote:http://www.tf08.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=436

New pics of the the figure in robot mode! Looks like it's Ratchet's Cybertronian mode, and hopefully a future Ironhide repaint.
Still not sure if it's Activators or Deluxe, though.

The archive really needs a popcorn smiley...secretcode wrote:I hope that is sarcasm, because otherwise watching a person murder a company would be pretty entertaining.
Anyway, i thought FP couldn't use animated moulds yet. So the whole convention excl. fear is practically impossible.
